Cancellation Policy – Park Hotel

All reservations at Park Hotel are subject to the following cancellation terms, which vary by rate type and booking channel.

Advance Purchase / Non-Refundable Rates

• Reservations are fully prepaid at the time of booking.

• Bookings are non-cancellable, non-changeable, and non-refundable.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or early departures.

• This rate cannot be combined with any other promotion or offer and is subject to availability and blackout dates.

Standard & Airbnb Reservations

• Guests may cancel up to 14 days prior to arrival to receive a partial refund of 50% of the total reservation amount.

• Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.

• No refunds will be issued for no-shows or early departures.

Additional Terms

• All cancellations must be received in writing or processed through the original booking platform.

• Taxes and fees are subject to local regulations and may not be refundable.

• Group, corporate, or third-party negotiated rates may have separate cancellation policies.
